This is my third time taking Scrum training with Berteig -- each time with a different instructor. The quality and consistency of the message are fantastic. I noticed this because I was in diverse groups each time (once in a large enterprise group, another as an individual with others from different companies, and the most recent time in a small company team group). Every time the training taught me something new without contradicting any previous material I had learned.

Mishkin was an amazing trainer and coach. The workshop did not feel rushed. The case studies were real-world examples and we went through all the steps from limitation to populating the product backlog. The real value was between the lines and tidbits discussed in the workshop for best practices ( user stories etc) and problems the attendees were having today!
