Overview – Managers and Real Agility

The Real Agility Program encompasses four tracks of development: Assessment, Delivery, Management and Leadership.  The Management Track is fundamentally about developing internal agile coaches for an organization.  Managers are ideally suited to this role both positionally and experientially.  This series of videos provides a high-level overview of the topics covered by this in-depth training program.  PS.  The program is always customized for the client but you can think of it like a Masters or PhD level education for a cohort of managers: an Agile Coach Graduate Program or an Agile Coach Academy.  Please contact us for more information.
