About BERTEIG

Berteig was founded in 2004 by Mishkin and Melanie Berteig with an understanding that “normal” business methods were ineffective and inhumane compared to the emerging team-oriented fast-feedback Agile methods being used in software development. We set out to help organizations learn about and apply these methods, particularly beyond software development. Berteig has always delivered training, coaching and consulting to help organizations with their transformation work to become better. At Berteig we try to live by the values, principles, practices and techniques that we believe will advance our vision for the world.
